REPLACEMENT OF SEVERELY DAMAGED PILING AND FLOAT
within HOOD CANAL
and/or its associated wetlands is exempt from the requirement of
substantial development because the develpment is Emergency construction
WAC 173-14-040- (D) .

ISSUED:12/16/93 EXPIRE: 12/16/95
This exemption authorization construction shall be valid for two (2)
years provided construction has begun within two (2) years of approval
date. This exemption may be extended to five (5) years upon request prior
to expiration.
