1j All upland areas disturbed or newly created by construction activities shall be seeded, vegetated or given an
equivalent type of erosion protection (silt fencing nr straw matting).
2.) The date or dates of construction will be provided to the Mason County Planning Department, at least I week
prior towork.
3j Property owner shall adhere to the findings, recommendations and mitigation outlined in the Habitat
Management Plan, dated June 26.2018. authored by BioReoourues. LLC, Furtharmone, the property owner
shall notify the Code Enforcement Officer and Planner when the work and mitigating installation is completed
