State Route 106,Union,WA 98592 Tax Parcel: 32232-50-08008 Date: June 6,2024 Union Country Store is a convenience store that also runs a Deli Food operation.The stop:hours are 7 days a week,from 11:OOam to 9:00pm. The store operates only in the months of June through September. The Deli portion of the operation prepares,on-site,sandwiches,prime rib steak,ribs, lasagna,potatoes,and soup.All prepared food is served in disposable,paper containers. All prepared food is served as a take out item with 5 booths available inside the store for convenience. There is no table service and the booths are for convenience to eat at,enjoy ice cream,drink coffee,orjust sit,relax and enjoy the view of Hood Canal. Employees 3 employees at 10 gallons per day(gpd)=30gpd Meals Served On a peak day,there are approximately the following served: 15 prime rib dipped sandwiches 2 prime rib steaks 3 orders of ribs 5 assorted sandwiches 2 servings of lasagna 27 total meals. Due to the diligence the operator takes in preparation and clean up,it is estimated each meal uses 3 gallons,which includes customer's use of the restroom facilities(EPA start order estimate). Meal preparation,27meals x 3 gallons—81gpd The total water usage of the Store and Deli operation is 111gpd. This operation is served by an on-site sewage system that has a daily operating capacity of 120gpd.
