Dear Mr . Evans:
Inspection of dwelling at E 9381 Hwy 1U6, Union, reveals' the
following structural changes required to receive a second level.
1. Full footing and foundation under landward sides.
2. Floor joist spacing must be to code.
3. Full plans must be submitted in order to determine the
wall and pier loading.
4. Must comply with 1980 Energy Code.
