Dear Mr. Gibson:
The subject Shoreline permit was received by this office on March 21, 1990.
The review period will not begin until we receive a complete filing of the
following material as stated in WAC 173-14-090.
Condition #1 references conditions placed on project by the Department
of Fisheries and the Army Corps of Engineers. We need copies of those
conditions before we can process the permit.
Please send us the needed material on or before April 27, 1990. If we do
not hear from you within this time, we will return this permit to you.

Shoreline Substantial Development Permit #1990-11028
Dear Mr. Evans:
The subject Shoreline Management Substantial Development permit has been
filed with this office by Mason County on March 13 , 1990.
If this permit is not appealed to the Shorelines Hearings Board on or before
April 12, 1990, authorized construction may begin. Other federal, state and
local laws regulating such construction shall be complied with. Unless an
appeal is filed, this letter constitutes final notification of action on
this permit.

their approvals.
2) All piling, lumber, or other materials treated with creosote or other preservatives shall
be completely dry before use in or near the water.
3) Two piling be eliminated and laminated wood be used.
4) The piling be reduced in height to 20'— &1e &w MLLW.
