Inspected exterior of property 12/7/2018. Sign posted on front door from Environmental Health Dept,stating home can not be occupied
without their approval. Portion of bulkhead has failed;septic system reportedly has failed and site is limited in space for a replacement.
12/10/2018 Home cannot be used and therefore has no value without(per T/P)a$90K septic system,$40K retaining wall repair. Sign on door is
dated January 2018....9/3/19 property depreciating at a rapid rate due to above deficiencies. Health Dept maintains home is
uninhabitable still. Owner states ceils are falling in,asbestos in house,septic failed,etc....reducing site to rec lot in interim,and
removing improvement values for 2020.
