1. General Vicinity of the Proposed Site

2. Property limits and accurate contours of existing ground and details of
terrain and area drainage
See Exhibit 2 and 3. The property is bounded to the south by the limits of the Mason
County Road. Drainage generally occurs to the west, and this pattern will be maintained
by the finished grading.
In addition, the construction of the new project requires installation of a ditch, as shown
in the Typical Roadway Section attached as Exhibit 4.
3. Limiting dimensions, elevations or finish contours to be achieved by the
grading, proposed drainage channels and related construction.
See Exhibit 5, indicating cross sections throughout the site. Note that the site will be
graded to match the existing highest elevation and then graded uniformly north to match
existing ground.
4. Detailed plans of all surface and subsurface drainage devices, walls, cribbing,
dams and other protective devices to be constructed with, or as a part of the
proposed work together with a map showing the drainage area and the
estimated runoff of the area served by any drains.
Drainage Improvements incorporated into the Typical Roadway Section shown on
Exhibit 4 will be used to drain the fill area. .
5. Erosion control measures to adequately prevent impacts to adjoins D
properties or bodies of water.

• Best Management Practices shall be employed during the operation. Work shall be
scheduled during the dry, construction season to minimize opportunity for runoff. No
work shall be performed on the site after November 1 or before April 1. Silt Fence shall
be installed around the perimeter of the area to be disturbed. Temporary ditches, with
straw bails shall be installed where required to minimize sediment laden runoff. If
necessary, rock check dams shall be placed to slow surface water runoff.
After completion of the operation, the property owner shall re-forest the property by
replanting trees for future harvest.
6. Location of any buildings or structures on the property where the work is to
be performed and the location of any buildings or structures on land of
adjacent owners within 15 feet of the property or which may be affected by
the proposed grading operations.
There are no known property owners within 15 feet of the proposed operation, aside form
the County Roadway right of way. There are not buildings or structures in the vicinity of
the operation.

8. Type of Site vegetation
The property has previously been used for farming trees, and was recently logged.
9. Known/suspected soil or geologic hazards
There are no known or suspected soil or geologic hazards
10. Cross-Sections of existing and grading areas, showing contour intervals at
five foot vertical elevations, especially at the maximum cut and fill.
Attached please find contour maps with 2 foot intervals.
