BROOK POINT WATER AS

SOCIATION, a Washington non-profit
corporation, for and in consideration of TWO THOUSAND AND NO 100
DOLLARS ($2 , 000 . 00) , in hand paid, hereby conveys and warrants to
C. JOHN CAMPBELL, JR. and PAULINE H. CAMPBELL, husband and wife, a
perpetual exclusive easement solely for the construction and use
of
a drainfield and related installations , all as is shown in the
attached Exhibit A. This easement shall be located on the property
described on Exhibit B attached.
Said easement shall be for the use and benefit of the
grantee's real property described as follows:
Tract 15 of Murphy Brook Point as per plat thereof
recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, page 58 , records of Mason
County, Washington; Situate in Mason County, Washington.
This easement shall include sufficient space for all necessary
piping, electrical installations, pumps, and the like, both at the
site of the drainfield and as needed for access between the
drainfield and the Campbell property.
This easement shall run with the land and shall bind the
parcels of property described above and shall be binding on the
grantors' and grantees' heirs, successors and assigns.

DRAINFIELD EASENfENT
An easement for the purpose of installation, maintenance, replacement and repair of a sub-surface
sewage disposal drainfield and drainline(s) over, under and across that portion of Tract 33 of the
survey of Timbertides, recorded in Volume 1 of Surveys, pages 210 through 213, records of
Mason County, Washington, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Tract 33, South 01° 17' 50" East 81.35 feet
from the Northwest corner of said tract, which corner lies on the Southerly right-of-way line of
S.R. 106; thence continuing along said West line South 010 17' 50" East 25.00 feet; thence North
690 42' 10" East 110.00 feet; thence North 01° 17' 50" West 25.00 feet; thence South 690 42'
10" West 110.00 to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
TOGETHER WITH an easement, 5.00 feet in width, lying East of, parallel with and contiguous
to said West line of Tract 33,and extending from the North line of said tract on said right-of-way
line to the North line of the above described easement, all as shown on the map attached hereto.
