Based on site visit by Planniing staff, this may be within the WSDOT right of way for Highway 106, or may need a survey to show it is not. Staff is sending copies of the application to Washington State Department of Transportation to determine this. The Right-of-way for this highway is 60 feet. As soon as we have information we will contact you with information on what to do.
