This permit may be rescinded if the permitee fails to complete the project as proposed or fails
to comply with the standards of this ordinance.

Therefore, review of your application will not proceed until the necessary information is provided
(see the comment section of this letter for details.) Once the information is submitted and the i
application is complete, I will continue to process your application accordingly. If the additional
information is not provided to the County within 180 days of this request, the application shall

Comments:
Proposal is to install a rock bulkhead on the waterward side of State Highway 106 to prevent
further erosion. Based on site visit by Planniing staff, this may be within the WSDOT right of way
for Highway 106, or may need a survey to show it is not. Staff is sending copies of the application
to Washington State Department of Transportation to determine this. The Right-of-way for this
highway is 60 feet.
