In accordance with RCW 47.32.160 and 170 and/or RCW 47.44.050 and amendments thereto, and
subject to all the terms, conditions and provisions written or printed below or on any part of this
form

to widen existing highway shoulder on the south side of SR 106 to provide additional
width for safe mail delivery at mail box. All being located at approximately
H.E.S. 236+00 and Mile Post 9.00 in NE14, SE4, Section 35, Township 22 North, Range 3 WW.M.
between Twanoh State Park and Union in Mason Coutxty.
PROVIDED THAT:
(a) Eighteen (18) feet of twelve (12)inch diameter culvert pipe shall be placed in
existing ditch and laid to a true line and grade. The widened area shall be surfaced
with a six (6) inch minimum compacted depth of gravel base material thoroughly
compacted around pipe and a three (3) inch minimum compacted depth of crushed surfacing
top course.
