inspection, Essential Heating and Air will make the necessary corrections at not additional cost to the homeowner.

When we are finished working at your home we will be sure to clean up after ourselves. Now if by chance we make a
mistake and don't clean up then you can call us to make it right. For your inconvenience we will pay you$100.00

-Repair to any drywall, paint or trim near crawlspace and attic openings,panels and closet doors
- Removal of plants/shrubs
- Utility charges

- Digging or filling trenching
- Hazardous material removal
-Providing or filling of propane tanks
-Testing or removal of any hazardous conditions or material
- If preexisting wire and/or lineset is reused, it is assumed to be functional. If wire is wire is found to dysfunctional,
additional may incur.
-Work are must be cleared of any personal items
- Additional charges up to $220 may occur if our team members need to move or clear work area. Any damage to
personal items left in work area will not be responsibility of Essential Heating and Air.
***During the installation, the work area becomes a hazardous environment due to cutting; sawing, demolition,
brazing, ladder work, potential falling objects. For the safety of everyone, we ask homeowners to keep children, pets
and themselves out of work area***

cancel this agreement written notice to company within 3 business days of the effective date here of without penalty.
