Letter must indicate that circumstances beyond the control of the permit holder prevented action from being taken. * By definition, propane tanks and heatpumps are structures,which must meet setback conditions. Please check your "Approved Site Plan"to ensure these structures meet the setback conditions listed. * OWNER/BUILDER acknowledges submission of inaccurate information may result in a stop work order or permit revocation.
