Mason County Building Department requires that this be completed prior to calling for any site inspections. A re-inspection fee based on rates as adopted by the jurisdiction and the Uniform Building Code will be assessed if the owner and/or contractor fail to os2 the address on site prior to requesting inspections. 2) The "approved" plot plan is required to be on-site for inspection purposes. If an inspection is requested and the "approved" plot plan is not on site, then approval will not be granted. In addition, a re-inspection fee in the amount of$47.00 per hour(minimum 1 hour) will be charged and shall be collected by the Buildin rtment prior to any further inspections being performed or approvals granted. X � �_L_ 3) Construction of a foundation authorized by this "foundation only" permit is at the sole risk of the Owner/Applicant. This permit does not guarantee that the foundation will be suitable for use as a foundation for any given structure. Inspections made pursuant to this permit are only to verify compliance with the approved "foundation only" plans. Approvals thereof shall not be construed to assume compliance with the Uniform Building Code. The design of the entire structure to be supported by this foundation shall be prepared by a Washington State registered architect or professional engineer, and shall include a copy of the "approved"foundation only plans, reviewed by the architect/engineer or record. If required by the Building Official, the foundation constructed under this "foundation only" permit shall be altered or modified to conform with the requirements of the Uniform Building Code in effect at the time of permit application for the supported structure. All construction must meet required setbacks as established per Mason County Ordinance 45-99 and the Mason County Shoreline Master Program if applicable. If the foundation is placed in violation of any Mason County regul on, it shall be removed in its entirety at the owner's expense within the time specified by the Building Official. X� ✓ 4) All construction must meet or exceed all local ordinances and the 1997 Uniform Building Code requirements as adopted and amended by Mason County and the State of Washington. Occupancy is limited to the approved and permitted classification. Any non-approved change of use or occupancy w Id resgltt.in permit revocation. X 6) REQUIRED TO HOOK UP TO THE NORTH BAY SEWER WHEN AVAILABLE. x BLD2001-00410 Please refer to the following pages for conditions of this permit. 2 of 5 7) APPLICANT HAS BEEN GRANTED A VARIANCE OF 5' INTO MC 5' SETBACK WHICH WILL PLACE THE STRUCTURE 0' FROM THE EASEMENT LINE AND ' FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. AT NO TIME, SHALL ANY CONSTRUCTION OCCUR WITHIN THE EASEMENT. Under the requirements of Mason County Stormwater Ordinance, either private ditches and drains will meet requirements of the stormwater ordinance or prior approval will be granted to use an existing utility and drainage easement dedicated for that specific purpose. For further information regarding this ordinance and the REQUIREMENT to obtain an ACCESS PERMIT for the installation/construction of a driveway or access connecting from a Mason County Road, Contact the Mason County Public Works Department prior to construction at Ext 450. For any construction which is proposed to be located within 25' of a Mason County road right of way, it is suggested to contact that office to review future planned work which may affe,Cur project. X 13) Any portion of any structure over 30" in height from surrounding adjacent grade must be setbac 5' froip alf utility and drainage easements, a total of 10' from each property line, or a variance must be obtained from the Building Department. All construction must be in conformance with the Uniform Codes as amended and adopted by Mason County. The Building Official may extend the time for action for a period not exceeding 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request indicating that circumstances beyond the control of the permit holder ve prp, ent d action from being taken.
