Olympic Vista Drive for the following reasons. The property is very small (only .20 acre) and it slopes significantly. The area to build on between the road and where the septic is located only allowed for a smaller 2 story home to be built on this property. The property line is 16 feet from the road, and the septic is 15 feet away from the home on the back side. However, the only place for a driveway is in between the front side of the home and where the septic is located. Moving the home forward would significantly cut into the area we have designated for our driveway, and would thus impair the build of our home due to the builder having no level place to drop the lumber(which is required in order to proceed with the building of our home). Therefore, we only need two feet below the minimum setback of 10 feet from the property line due to the roof of the home. Please note the actual home will be the require0footmini back for the foundation,-it e lease allow this variance request to be approved so that we may build on the property. Thank you for your time.
