Sincerely, 4, Land Use Planner Department of Community Development COMMENTS: Site visit made to verify conditions on site; some grading of old fill towards the old logging road away from Mt Washington Ct; existing septic system along east end of property; proposal is to bring in 170 to 190 cu yds of soil to stockpile until foundation of residence is built and soil is placed against new foundation; this material should not be placed any steeper than a 1. 5 to 1. 0 slope and any closer than 5 feet from top of slope down to Olympic Vista Dr. to prevent erosion downhill; erosion control of fill must be used (straw, silt fences and grass seeding of fill) to prevent runoff of property. Foundation of house excavated into slope will need review by Building Dept. to determine code requirements for retaining soils uphill and supporting new home. RLC, rev. 09/26/96
