Box 578 Shelton, WA 98584 Re: Allyn U.S.P.O., Allyn, Washington Our Project No. 98260.10 Waiver of Buffer Requirements Dear Allan: Thank you for your response to AHBL's inquiry regarding the buffer requirements between the proposed Allyn United States Post Office and the existing commercial building at the Allyn Town Center in Allyn, Washington. It is our understanding, based on your telephone call to us on March 4, 1999, that the Mason County Department of Community Development will not require a twenty foot (20') landscaped buffer between the proposed Allyn United States Post Office (Use Category II) and the existing commercial building (Use Category V) located immediately adjacent to the north. If our understanding is not correct, please advise us immediately. We appreciate your continued assistance with this project. Thank you.
