X 2) ENCLOSED ROOF SYSTEMS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO THE SHEATHING SHALL BE INSULATED TO A MINIMUM R-30 AND INSPECTED PRIOR TO COVER. X 3) ALL CONSTRUCTION MUST MEET OR EXCEED ALL LOCAL CODES AND UBC REQUIREMENTS AND OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO THE PERMITTED AND APPROVED CLASSIFICATION.
