1) SINGLE RAFTER JOIST ROOF REPLACEMENT SHALL BE INSULATED TO A MINIMUM OF R-30 ALLOWING FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE INCH
CONTINUOUS VENTED AIRSPACE ABOVE THE LEVEL OF INSULATION. X
2) ENCLOSED ROOF SYSTEMS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO THE SHEATHING SHALL BE INSULATED TO A MINIMUM R-30 AND INSPECTED PRIOR
TO COVER. X
3) ALL CONSTRUCTION MUST MEET OR EXCEED ALL LOCAL CODES AND UBC REQUIREMENTS AND OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO THE
PERMITTED AND APPROVED CLASSIFICATION. ANY CHANGE OF USE OR OCCUPANCY WOULD RESULT IN PERMIT REVOCATION.
CHANGE OF USE MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO CHANGE. x
This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days, or if construction or work is suspended for a period
of 180 days at any time after work is commenced. Evidence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection
must be approved before building can be occupied.
