My office has been notified that you have been burning illegally on your property
located off of Crestview Drive and below Seamount Way in Shorecrest.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that your property is located inside a
Smoke Management Zone. And no fires larger than 4'x4' are permitted at
anytime inside these Zones. And as of now, we are in a burn ban and all land
clearing and 4'x4' debris fires are not allowed.
If you choose to disregard this warning and continue to burn larger than 4'x4'
fires on your property you could receive a citation from this office which would
require a mandatory court appearance, a fine of up to $500.00 and/or 90 days
in jail.
Your compliance is strongly suggested.
