Mason County Building Department requires that this be completed prior to calling for any site inspections. A re-inspection fee based on rates as adopted by the jurisdiction and the Uniform Building Code will be assessed if the owner and/or contrac r fail ost the address on site prior to requesting inspections. It now suffers from flood damage, settling, rot and insect damage and is a maintenance and safety nightmare. The replacement house has a smaller footprint, same number of bedrooms, kitchen, living, etc rooms. It is situated farther from the Canal shore and will have less lawn and landscaping and will be more environmentally friendly and energy efficient. The approved septic system is in excellent condition. The water supply is more than adequate, and has been present since the mid "20s. The Mason County PUD #1 supplies electricity. Our goal is to commence the removal and replacement process at the earliest possible time, and any assistance would be sincerely appreciated.
