Use of cresote or pentachloro phenol is prohibited. 3) The applicant shall use best management practices for construction of the structure and shall remove construction debris from the shoreline area following project completion. 4) The applicant is responsible to ensure that Best Management Practices are designed into the project and implemented during construction to comply with Washington State Surface Water Quality Standards, WAC 173-201A, revised November 18, 1997. 5) The proposed project must be consistent with all applicable policies and other provisions of the Shoreline Management Act, its rules, and the Mason County Shoreline Master Program.
