PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
TOTAL TRACT
Parcel 1: All that portion of the South half (S2) of the South half
(S2) of the Southeast quarter (SE4) of the Southwest quarter
(SW4) of Section twentyfour (24) , Township twenty (20)
North, Range five (5) West, W.M. , which lies East of the
County Road, as the same is now constructed and in use over
and across said land, excepting road rights-of-way.
Parcel 2 : Also, a tract of land in the North half (N2) of the North-
east quarter (NE4) of the Northwest quarter (NW4) of Section
twentyfive (25) , Township twenty (20) North, Range five (5)
West, W.M. , particularly described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of the above described
tract where the same intersects the Easterly line of the
County Road which runs Northerly and Southerly across said
land; thence Southerly, along the Easterly line of said
County Road, 100 feet to a point thereon; thence Northeasterly
330 feet to a point which is 10 feet South of the North line
of the above described tract; thence North 10 feet to the
North line of said Section 25 ; thence West, along the North
line of said Section 25, to the point of beginning, excepting
road rights-of-way.

Southwest quarter (SW4) lying West of the following described line;
COMMENCING at the South quarter corner of said Section 24 ; thence
North 89020154" West, along the South line thereof, 422 . 53 feet to the
point of beginning of said line; thence North 0°39 ' 06" East to the
North line of said South half (SU of the South half (S2) of the South
half (S2) of the Southeast quarter (SE4) of the Southwest quarter (SW4)
and the terminus of said line.
And excepting from all the foregoing, road rights-of-way.

line; thence North 0039106" East to the North line of said South half

line.
ALSO, that portion of the Northeast quarter (NE4) of the Northwest

Range five (5) West, W.M. , lying East of Highland County Road No. 445

COMMENCING at the North quarter corner of said Section 25; thence

the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue North 89020 ' 54 " West, along
said North line, to the Easterly right-of-way line of Highland County
