WO#BLD-05 SUBJ: Grading& Stormwater Reviews NAME: Watermark Estate Mngmnt Services GRD2005-00009 Additional information has been received which provides information requested in my May 10t', 2005 IDC. Specifically,the following information has been received: 1) A complete of stamped and sealed plans have been received,which was requested. 2) A copy of a recorded(Mason County Auditor's File No. 1840678) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Covenant has been received by Public Works. The form appears to be in acceptable form, and completes this requirement. 3) Attached please find copies(2 pages)of the UTILITY VAULT Company's"Detention Vaults/3-Sided Box System catalog sheets you(Tami) delivered to me, as well as three new pages I received from Steven Haluschak, P.E.,the project engineer for this undertaking. The catalog sheets Steven delivered to me indicate that Utility Vaults 3-sided bridge structures will accommodate loading conditions including HS-20 and HS-25 traffic loads. This satisfies this concern for this stage of project planning and approval,but the contractor should be requested to deliver the manufacturer's certification that the structures designed and constructed for installation at the subject site meet the HS-20 loading or greater requirement. With these issues satisfactorily resolved, Public Works recommends approval and permitting of the proposed activities.
