DECLARATION;O :SINGLE LOT

A division made for the purpose of adjusting boundary lines
which do not create any additional lot, tract, parcel, site, or
division nor create any lot, tract, parcel, site or division which
contains insufficient area and dimension to meet minimum
requirements for width and area.

of the real property legally described hereinafter as "PARCEL 2".
ALSO by Carol Ann Gray, "Declarant" as owners of the real

adjust the common property lines between said "PARCEL 1", "PARCEL
2" and "PARCEL 3" without creating any additional lot, tract or
site. The land described as "PARCEL 4" shall become a permanent
part of and appurtenant to land described in "PARCEL 3" and the
land described "PARCEL 5" shall become a permanent part of and

3. "PARCEL 3" (Assessor's Parcel No. 42318 51 00036)
is legally described as:

4. "PARCEL 4" to be transferred from PARCEL 2 to PARCEL 3
