Dear Clinton:
Please be advised that Mason County Title Insurance
Company is currently in the process of preparing
the documents necessary for Jan VanDen Hazel and wife
to combine two lots into one for the purpose of
a single building site. Said lots are Lot 3 of
Short Subdivision No. 33 (Revised) and Tract C of
Short Subdivision No . 1388, Parcel Nos . 42211 44 90480
and 42211 44 90510 .
I intend at this time to draft a form, as we have
discussed previously, to more appropriately handle
this situation. Please let me know if this will
cause a delay in issuing a building permit to Mr.
VanDen Hazel . Also, please advise if a title report
will be necessary.
