It shows they wanted to rebuild existing house and add 405 ft.z with new foundation It was considered a residence repair and remodel with an addition. This all occurred in January 1987. "TFf91'ls a plot plan. It shows where the existing septic system is for the smaller house. And what part of the house is going to be new versus what was the existing home in 1987. 20138 is also on Steve eacrett's parcel when it should be on Mike Eacrett parcel. Wows an inspection of the repair and remodel Of the small home at Mike eacrett parcel number but right now it is listed under Steve eacrett parcel. There are three land records that need to be moved from mike eacrett 12108-11-00010 to Steve eacrett 12108-11- 00011. 20109 This is a building permit for a 17 foot long 8 foot high retaining wall on the west side of the property 20110 is a plot plan that shows where the retaining wall is in relation to the house and to drainfield and the beach 20114 Is also a plot plan showing where the retaining wall will be on the west side of the house in relation to the bulkhead.
