Roof coverings shall be applied in accordance with the applicable provisions of the current code and the manufacturer's installation instructions. A drip edge shall be provided at eaves and gables of shingle roofs. * Provisions for surface/subsurface drainage control must be implemented with new construction or development on site and MUST NOT adversely impact adjacent parcels. Under the requirements of Mason County Stormwater Ordinance, either private ditches and drains will meet requirements of the stormwater ordinance or prior approval will be granted to use an existing utility and drainage easement dedicated for that specific purpose.
