Resteel was inspected and approved by MTE on 11/15/06. The concrete was mechanically consolidated with a vibrator. MTE inspected lateral nailing of the exterior shear wall of the beach house. Contractor was informed of missed nailing in several areas of the west wall. Nails were added to the areas. Final inspection found the shear wall nailing for the north, south, east and west walls per schedule 12/S4.11. To the best of our knowledge, items inspected this date are in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
