Dear Sirs ,
Attached is copy of plan for rebuilding an
existing facility on the South Shore of Hood Canal .
This facility was built many years ago , probably
in the early 1960 ' s . My brother and I have owned the
property since 1976 and have maintained this structure
continuously since then. In the first two months of
this year , high tides damaged the structure and de-
posited it up high on the beach . We would like , at
this time , to rebuild the facility in its original
configuration and at the same time replace the piling
as indicated on the plan.
We understand that this project is exempt from
Shorelines and SEPA and would request your authorization
of same .
We have notified the Dept . of Army of the proposed
project and filed for an H. P . A. with the Dept . of
Fisheries . A building permit will be filed for under
seperate cover .
