DECISION: This letter establishes the date of SEPA determination for the above referenced
proposal as February 9, 1999.
This proposal is categorically exempt from SEPA pursuant to WAC 197-11-800 (3), repair
and maintenance of existing private structures involving no material expansion or change of
use beyond that previously existing.
