Your application was incomplete and therefore cannot be evaluated at this time. Your application will be held on file until the following information has been submitted to me at the above address. If you would prefer to have your application returned to you, please contact me. Since your application has not been accepted for evaluation, the 45-day review period for evaluating applications for HPA per RCW 75.20.100 or 75.20.103 will not start until the following information is received. If you need any assistance in completing your application, please don't hesitate to contact me. Written notice of compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), including exemption or type of determination, date of exemption or final determination date, and lead agency is required. Please contact your local planning department for information regarding SEPA requirements and procedures. Allen Borden at(360)427-9670 x365 would be able to assist you. Incomplete plans were submitted with the application. A set of plans showing the proposed location of the float, dimensions and depth are needed to evaluate the project. As discussed at the preliminary field review, the project location will need an inspection for presence of marine vegetation, including eelgrass. Depending on the depth of the outer edge of the proposed structure,we may be unable to inspect the project site below extreme low water. In addition, we cannot perform the inspection until daylight low tide exposes the project site, typically in late spring. Once we have received your plans,we can discuss this requirement with you in more detail. Mr. Deno January 9, 1999 Page 2 If you have any questions, please contact me at(360) 895-4756.
