X 2) The proposed project must be consistent with all a plic e policies and other provisions of the Shoreline Management Act, its rules, and the Mason County Shoreline Master Program.X 3) All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the beach after project completion. Proper dispo al of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degredation of State waters. X 4) Proposed structure or any portion thereof greater than 30" in height from grade lin ust aintain a minimum of 5' setback from all property lines, easements and 10' from all County and State Road right of ways. X 5) A Hydraulic Project Approval from the Washington State Department of Fish + Wildlife must be granted prior to construction. For more information contact Doris all 360) 895-4756. X BLD2000-00928 Please refer to the following pages for conditions of this permit. 2 of 4 11) The applicant acknowledges tha he handrails along the pier and ramp sections of the proposed structure shall be designed for maximum visibility by adjacent property owners X The applicant shall prepar a joint-use agreement for the two properties using the pier-ramp-float structure addressing the easement access and maintenance of this stru ure-, the agreement shall be reviewed by Mason Co. Planning Dept. and recorded with the property deeds in the Mason Co. Auditor's Office. X Al 12) Pressure treated w m t be completely dry prior to placement in water. Use of creosote or pentachlorophenol is prohibited. X 13) All approved plans are required to be on-site for inspection purposes. If inspection is called for And plans are not on site, Approval WILL NOT be granted. In addition, a Re-Inspection fee in the amount of$42.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour ill be charged and must be collected by this department prior to any further inspections being performed or approval granted. X 14) PURSUANT TO 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, ALL SITES MUST HAVE APPROVED NUMBERS OR ADDRESSES PROVIDED IN SUCH A POSITION AS TO BE PLAINLY VISIBLE AND LEGIBLE FROM THE STREET OR ROAD FRONTING THE PROPERTY. MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUIRES THAT THIS BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CALLING FOR ANY SITE INSPECTIONS, A REINSPECTION FEE, BASED ON RATES AS ADOPTED BY THE JURISDICTION AND THE 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE WILL BE ASSESSED IF OWNER/CONTRACTOR FAILS TO POST ADDRESS O ITE PRIOR TO REQUESTING INSPECTIONS.
