The structure meets the classification under the 1997 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as adopted by Mason County pursuant to Chapter Three(3) Subsections 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, and 17 According to the Mason County Assessor records, parties named above hold legal interest in the parcel and are therefore subject to enforcement action for failure to comply. The parties shall respond to the county within twenty days of the postmark, posting on site, or delivery of the notice. Records indicate that this enforcement issue has not been resolved and is outstanding at this time.
