18 IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, you are hereby
19 summoned and required to appear in the Superior Court of the
20 Honorable James Sawyer at the Mason County Courthouse in
21 Shelton, Washington, at the hour of 9 a.m. on Thursday,
22 November 2, 1995, then and there to testify in the above
23 lawsuit at the instance of the undersigned.

25 YOU ARE FURTHER COMMANDED to bring with you the
26 following: All files in your possession or under your control
27 pertaining to the construction by Gary and Jean Cosper of a
28 garage/deck on Parcel No. 32234-34-00020, abbreviated legal
29 description: Tract 2 of Government Lot 3 and tidelands,
30 Section 34 , Township 22 , Range 3 , W.W.M. , located
31 approximately one mile east of Alderbrook on SR 106. Said
32 records should include all correspondence between yourself and
any other County agency or third party including the parties

2 shorelines permit, variance or any other permit required as a
3 condition to the construction of the project; field notes or
4 other informal records kept regarding site inspections or
5 contacts with any of the parties to this action or any other
6 County agency, including County Commissioners or
7 representatives of the Planning Department. In addition, you
g should bring with you copies of the County ordinances in
9 effect for the period October, 1987 , through January 1, 1988
10 applicable to the construction of the garage/deck, which was
11 the subject of the Cosper permit including, but not limited
12 to, regulations regarding required setbacks, compliance with
13 shoreline regulations, variance requirements, nonconforming
14 uses and view impairment.
