Representatives from the Building Department, Fire Marshal's office,Environmental Health, Planning,and Public Works departments may attend the meeting to discuss rules and regulations applicable to the proposed project.Topics covered during the meeting will include the comprehensive plan, shoreline program,zoning, availability of sewer and potable water,development concepts,building construction, fire protection and life safety of the proposed project. By providing the most accurate and detailed information on the application and site plan your pre-submission conference will be more informative. Business Park Road Shelton,Washington 98584 (360)427-7535 CODE ENFORCEMENT FIRE INSPECTIONS FIRE INVESTIGATION PUBLIC EDUCATION April 13. 2001 TO: Mason County FD 6 FROM: Dave Salzer RE: Harmony Hill A pre-application meeting for Harmony Hill was held on April 11 . This meeting was continuation of the original meeting we had in May of 2000. The purpose of the meeting was to confirm some issues regarding water and septic. The basic layout of the project has not changed. There is a possibility that Harmony Hill may connect to the Alderbrook Water System. If that occurs, the possibility also exists that access to fire flow may occur. I advised the applicants that although not required, fire flow would add a much higher level of fire protection to the site. As this process continues, I will keep you advised.
