Spectators, spectator parking, dwelling units, buildings or structures shall not be cated within the display site, a minimum of a 70 ft set back per 1 inch in diameter of mortar is required. Shalls having tears, leaks, broken fuses or signs of having been wet shall beset aside and shall not be fired. Aerial shalls that do not fit properly hall not be fired.
