Re: County Approval for Surface Mine
Gentlemen,
We have received a request from the Department of Natural Resource for a "County
Operational Permit or written confirmation of Mason County allowance per nonconforming
use at the Old Bef air site."The DNR also requires the enclosed SM-6 Form demonstrating
County approval of our proposed subsequent use.
We are in the process of terminating the Surface Mine Permit for this property.
