Fassio, et ux * For the Reinstatement of the fol- lowing described portions of the * Plat of Grays Harbor & Union City * ORDER OF REIPSTATEMENT * OF PORTION OF VACATED R. R. Addn. to Union. City, Mason * PLAT TO ORIGINAL STATE * County, Washington, to its origi * Vac. File No. 2049 * nal state. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * In the matter of the reinstatement of the following described por- tion of the Plat of Grays Harbor & Union City Railroad Addition to Union City to its original state, following its Vacation as set out in Order of Vacation executed by the Board of County Commissioners on Janu- ary 13 , 1964 and March 8, 1965, known as Vacation File No. 151 and No. 154 respectively. FIRST: Petitions were received, Noticed and Hearings held on the two above-mentioned Vacations , which were approved by the Board and Final Orders of Vacation issued thereon. SECOND : On September 11, 1972 , Mr. M. P. Fassio appeared before the Board of County Commissioners , requesting that the two above refer- enced Vacations be revoked, and the portion of the above Plat involved , be reinstated to its original state, declaring himself now sole owner. THIRD : After discussing the matter with the Prosecuting Attorney, it was determined that this request could be accomplished, and he ad- vised the County Commissioners to follow the same prccedure as was foll- owed in the Vacations under RCW 58. 11. 010, reversing the procedure. FOURTH: The Board of County Commissioners set October 16, 1972 , at the hour of 2 : 00 P. M. as time for public Hearing on the matter, and the Notice was published and posted as required by the Statutes. The Hearing was held on the above date, and no one appeared to object to the reinstatement, however, several interested people did appear to state they were in favor of having the vacations revoked, and the area rein- stated to its original state. FIFTH: After due consideration of the information given, and no objections received thereon, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the below descri- bed portion of the Plat of Grays Harbor & Union City Railroad Addition to U.1ion City, i'iasol7 County, Viashing^ton, ass set out ;n Volume 2 of Plats, page 1, records of the Mason County Auditor, BE, Ai,D HEREBY IS REIN- STATED TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE , and that Vacation No. 151 and Vacation No. 154 are HEREBY RESCINDED AND REVOKED. PROVIDED that when selling any of the lots in the blocks of this portion of the above-named Plat, Mr. Fas sio must combine whatever number of lots may be required so that each and every sale will meet the minimum lot size of 9600 square feet, as set out in the Mason County Platting Ordinance, and, PROVIDED FURTHER that as these groups of lots are sold, the streets as set out in the or- iginal Plat are to be brought up to the minimum county standard (checked and approved by tho Mason County Engineer) . PROVIDED FURTHER, that- all the streets and alleys in the following described portion of the Plat, will be deoded to the County as public streets and alleys , after � r , 1 each has been brought up to minimum County standards and acceptable to the Mason County Engineer.
