Hi Kell:
Attached is a drawing of the proposed access drive into the marina. The access drive has been designed by the
engineer who will be helping us with the access connection permit with WSDOT. This access drive is designed
for passenger trucks and vehicles only.
Concerning the fuel truck and fire truck, I have spoken with the Fire District 6 fire chief(Rich Heinrich)who is
aware of our dilemma with the adjacent property owner. He said that they would be fine with a remote hook up,
as long as the fire truck could park in front of the building. As you can also see on the drawing, we have more
than enough room to accommodate their fire/pumper truck. The truck shown on the drawing is the design size of
the fire truck and fuel truck. In addition, I also spoke with the fuel installer and they work all the time with remote
fill areas for fuel tanks. It would be no problem putting a remote fill in front of the building.
I will still need to run this by the person at WSDOT that issues access connection permits, but wanted to get your
input.
We (anxiously) look forward to your thoughts. It would be wonderful to not have to make any outlandish extortion
payments to our opportunistic neighbor. We also have the option of removing part of the building, which we
would rather not do.

Mason: The fence shown in the "---a---x---x---" is the fence line (obviously). Where the fence line

The survey doesn't really show the location of the gate or the existing driveway onto the property. I know we've discussed
