Shoreline (SPI) site inspection was performed on your property. Below you
will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s
critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from shorelines, steep slopes,
streams, and wetlands must be included in your specific proposal; these
setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Property includes 10% slopes. At time of field visit, no signs of mass
wasting or landslide features were observed. No critical areas affected
by this proposal. Site preparation should take into consideration natural
drainage patterns to avoid potential future soil erosion events.
