Shoreline (SPI) site inspection was performed on your property. Below you
will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s
critical values .

streams, and wetlands must be included in your specific proposal; these
setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
There is a single family residence on site approximately 150-180' from
ordinary high water mark (OHWM) on other side of State Route 106. If new
home is built where existing residence is, project will meet shoreline
master program requirements. No critical areas will be affected by this
project.
