FOR OFFICE USE ONLY:Accepted by: Date: MORE ON BACK SIDE Rev. April 2021 LOT 21: 12019-50-00021 This is the lot where there is an old 1940's house on it, along with a carport, a shed, a well house and a metal shop up top. It also has a septic system on it. It states it is a 3 BR septic, however, Paula from Arrow septic design confirmed that it was actually installed as a 4 BR septic and therefor, this will accommodate the 1 BR ADU that we will be adding. She will submit the paperwork for that. The owners own lots 21,22 and 23. They currently live in the middle lot (lot 22). They want to design an ADU and new house on this lot 21 (the house will be built on the same footprint as the existing house that is there, once we demo that old house). Once the ADU/and House design are approved, we will 1st build the ADU part of the job, then demo the existing house, then the clients would like to move in to the ADU while their house is being built. The health department confirmed with me that this would be fine, as long as the house is demoed before they get occupancy to the ADU. Per Paula Johnson from "Arrow Septic Design": On the septic upgrade on Lot 21 installed in 2006 the paperwork says 3-bedrooms but the system that is installed meets the sizing requirements for a 4-bedroom. I think we could do a tank permit for the ADU and document that the size of the septic would support both a 3-bedroom home plus a new 1-bedroom ADU. This septic will need an inspection within 1 year of getting your building permits. I'd have Thad do it for you. xjs Hs,se . k pod l Esc t3l- on s ww, Qatf"Nt.
