LOT 23: 12019-50-00023
This is an empty BUT it has the drainfield for lot 22 on it.
Question...they want to sell this lot, but they need to know if it is a buildable lot?
Because...the drainfield on it services their home on lot 22? Can a new home be
built on this lot and tap into this drainfield, as a shared drainfield? If so, what
needs to be done to make that happen?
Per Paula Johnson from "Arrow Septic Design":
"If the septic for Lot 22 is relocated to the upper end of Lot 21, the existing septic
on Lot 23 could be used for a small house if you can fit one with the required
setbacks from Planning. I'd suggest you get a Planning Pre-Inspection for this lot.
