Jesfield Construction can produce and submit the necessary paperwork to obtain these permits for an additional $2,000 plus 8.5% sales tax. You should expect County permit fees of approximately$1600. Owner is responsible for the actual cost of these fees,which are paid directly them to the Mason County Building Department. These fees are in addition to the costs above.
