EXCEPTING therefrom all that portion of the East 15.4 feet of the West 127.06 feet, all as measured along
the South line thereof, of Government Lot Three (3), Section Thirty-three (33), Township Twenty-two (22)
North, Range Three (3) West, W.M., lying Southerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of State Route 106;
TOGETHER with the East 7.52 feet of the West 231.56 feet, all as measured along the South line thereof,
of Government Lot Three (3), Section Thirty-three (33), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Three
(3) West, W.M., lying Southerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of State Route 106.
B) All that portion of the East 94.41 feet of the West 258.82 feet of Government Lot Three (3), Section
Thirty-three (33), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Three (3) West, W.M., lying Northerly of the
Northerly right-of-way line of State Route 106.
ALSO, all that portion of the tidelands of the second-class, formerly owned by the State of Washington,
lying in front of, adjacent to or abutting upon the above described upland tract.
