Re: Thompson residence; shoreline pre-inspection; PN 323035001012,
N. 250 Ayock Dr. , Ayock Beach, Hood Canal.
Dear Mr. Williams :
At your request we have evaluated the above referenced site with
regard to proposed additions submitted to Mason County. The
proposed additions are to the north side, rear and central sections
of the house.
The residence is a conforming structure. The I,;oposed additions
all comply with current Shoreline Master Program regulations
providing a minimum 5 foot side yard setback is r:aintained between
the roof overhang and the north property line. There is the
possibility that the septic system will require upgrading - - the
Mason County Environmental Health Department should be contacted as
soon as possible.
If you have any questions feel free to give us a call . A copy of
this letter will be kept in the property file.
