Dear Mr. Williams : At your request we have evaluated the above referenced site with regard to proposed additions submitted to Mason County. The proposed additions are to the north side, rear and central sections of the house. The residence is a conforming structure. The I,;oposed additions all comply with current Shoreline Master Program regulations providing a minimum 5 foot side yard setback is r:aintained between the roof overhang and the north property line. There is the possibility that the septic system will require upgrading - - the Mason County Environmental Health Department should be contacted as soon as possible. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call . A copy of this letter will be kept in the property file.
