Dear Mr. Gillard ,
The Mason County Planning Staff has reviewed your building permit
application to construct a 24 ' by 40 ' addition to an existing
tavern located at 7431 Shelton Matlock Rd . We have the following
comments:
-A revised plot plan needs to be submitted showing the ingress and
egress from the county road to the property, the distance between
the existing and proposed buildings and all the property lines, the
parking area including dimensions , type of surface , and all
designated parking stalls, the location and dimensions of the
existing building and the addition .
-According to the Mason County Parking Standards a minimum of one
handicap parking stall is required for every fifty regular parking
spaces. Please see the enclosed copy of the Mason County Parking
Standards for all parking requirements, including handicap parking ,
and please include this information on your revised plot plan .
Your building permit application will continue to be processed when
we have received the information listed above and enclosed . If you
