My office has been notified that you have been burning illegally on your property
at the Northwest corner of"G" and Madison Streets.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that your property is located inside of
an Urban Growth Area. No outdoor burning is permitted at anytime inside
these areas. Exc
eption: campfires, under strict guidelines, in designated
locations only.

If you choose to disregard this warning and continue to burn illegally you could
receive a citation from this office which would require a mandatory court
appearance, a fine of up to $500.00 and/or 90 days in jail.
Also, it is my policy to notify Olympic Regional Clean Air Agency in these
matters. You will probably receive a letter from their agency on your resent
situation.
Your compliance is strongly suggested.
