Simpson Lumber's Railroad Track with in Simpson Lumber's RR Right of Way near the Carman Rd No is in
need of maintenance/repair. A portion of land near the track washed out. I am requesting an exemption
from "Shoreline Permit".The repairs required should be done ahead of the rainy season. A DARPA is
attached.
