RE: Building Permit; Tracts 11, 19 and 20 NE,NW ( Lots 1, 2 and S/P 1403)
Section 12, Township 20 North, Range 4 WWM
Parcel 42012 21 90110/90190/90200
Dear Mr. Thompson:
The blueprints for the above referenced Building Permit will require
more information because the type of structure is an assembly building.
The requirements for such are more rigid than those for a private building.
Please telephone this office (Mike Byrne 427-9670, Extension 364) to
schedule a date and time for a preconstruction meeting with the Departments
of Building, Planning and Health. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,

Other Items
- Kitchen pass-thru door may be required to be protected with rated closing
assembly.
- Kitchen ventilation/hood exhaust may be required - check with local
building official and fire marshall.
- Contact fire marshall for fire flow available on site for fire fighting
purposes and appropriate fire alarm and detection, systems. Check with
fire marshall for location and type of fire extinguishers to be located in
building.
- If the attic is desired to be used as occupiable space, then two exits
must be made available for the upstairs space. Each exit must be spaced
more than 1/2 the diagonal distance of the floor apart and all components
of the stairways must be 1-hour rated and meet codes for the stairway
construction.
- Provide all ventilation as required by Code to all cavities above
insulation layer/attic spaces.
NOTE: The above items of the Uniform Building Code were the only items
