Dear Building Permit Division,
Seasons Greetings! My name is Yang Joo Na and I am the owner of Airport Grocery. I
have applied for a building permit in the past, but have found out that perhaps it is time
for an extension on my previous building permit. Thus, I am writing to you at this time.
My permit number is # 28671 and it was issued on July 23rd, earlier this year. The permit
for the wood stove we were contemplating placing in the new section of our store is #28939
and its issue date is August 30th, a few months ago.
We have found with my illness and my lack of time that we were not able to finish the new
section to the store within the six months allotted to the building permit. Hence,we request
j that we may have an extension to the previous permit that was validated earlier during the
year. Thank you very much for your time and patience.
